• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the promotional validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Megawin288 platform. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Loss Limits: Members may restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined timeframe.

• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Megawin288 reserves the right to withhold any balance that is reasonably associated with the breach. Where an account is closed at the Member's voluntary request and no breach exists, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via their preferred payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Members with unresolved complaints are invited to submit a formal written complaint to our support team at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. Megawin288 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Megawin288's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions is final unless a demonstrable technical error can be established through the Company's internal audit process.
